Ask for references and do check them out
Do NOT pick a REALTOR simply because they seem to do the most business.
Do NOT pick a REALTOR who works at it part time and will be difficult to reach while they are at their OTHER job.
Do take our advice on price. We work the market every day and are on top of what’s happening.
